Camel Liver

Ingredients:-
-1/2 Kilo of Camel Liver.
-2 Tablespoons of Oil.
-10 Onions.
-7 Large Sweet Potatoes.
-Green and Red Pepper together.
-A Pinch of Salt.
-2 Tomatoes

How to prepare:-
-Cut all the ingredients into circular or semi-circular fingers, except for the tomatoes and onions.
-Put the piece of grease in the pot and the oil on the fire until half of it melts with stirring.
-Add the liver to the grease and stir until the heat is distributed, and leave it for two minutes.
-Add the onion, then leave it for 2 minutes until it wilts.
-Add the tomatoes, then leave it for two minutes until the tomatoes, onions and liver are cooked.
-Boil potatoes, fry them in oil, then mix them with liver.
-Add chopped green and red peppers and grated garlic to the mixture.
-Stir for a minute, and turn off the heat.
-Put it in a serving plate and serve it hot.

How to prepare:-
-Preheat the oven to 165°C.
-Mix sugar, coconut and flour.

Ingredients:-
-Chicken breasts.
-1 Tablespoon of finely chopped Onion.

How to prepare:-
-Put sesame oil in a frying pan.

How to prepare:-
-In a frying pan, heat a little bit of oil.
-Put the onions and tomatoes in the bowl and stir well.
-Add the spices (black pepper, salt, ginger, paprika, turmeric, bay leaf and chili powder).
-Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir well for 5 minutes.
-Add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir well for 5 minutes.
-Add the meat to the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes.
-Add water to the pot to cover the mixture.
-Cover the pot and leave it on the stove until it boils.

Freekeh Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:-
-Butter.
-1 Chicken, washed well.
-2 Ttablespoons of Apricot Jam.
-1 Spoonful of Lemon Juice.
-1 Cup of Orange Juice.
-1/2 Cup of Freekeh, washed well and soaked for an hour in lukewarm water.
-Dried Plum.
-2 Tablespoons of crushed Garlic and Ginger.

How to prepare:-
-Put the butter to a pot on the stove.
-Add apricot jam, orange juice, lemon juice and saffron.
-Stir until the ingredients melt together.
-Season the chicken with a mixture of spices (cumin, turmeric and black pepper) inside and out.
-Return to our bowl, after the ingredients have melted together.

Ingredients:-
-½ Kilo of Lamb.
-1 Big Onion.
-1 Tomato.
-2 Green Peppers.
-1 to 2 Tablespoons of Tomato paste.

-Salt.

-A little Corn Oil.

How to prepare:-
-Chop the onion very small.
-Put the pot on the fire and put a little corn oil in it.
-When the oil heats up, add the onions.
-Wash the meat and add to the onions.
-Cut the green tomatoes and add to the pot.
-Add tomato paste, spices, green pepper and garlic.
-Leave it until it becomes a bit thick, then add hot water to cover the meat.

Ingredients:-
-1/2 Kilo of Meat, cut into cubes.
-1 1/2 Cups boiled Rice.
-1 Bag of Tortilla Bread, cubed and toasted.
-Vinegar sauce.
-1 Spoonful of mashed Garlic.
-1 Spoonful of Ghee.
-1/4 Cup White Vinegar.

White sauce:-

How to prepare:-
-Put the meat in a saucepan and chop it (one onion, two cardamom seeds, and two mastic seeds) and boil it until it is tender.

How to prepare:-
-Heat a non-stick frying pan, then add oil to fry.
-Fry the onion until it becomes soft and translucent.
-Add tomato cubes, salt, black pepper and hot pepper.
-Stir the mixture well, cover the pan and leave it on a quiet fire.
-Meanwhile, prepare the dough, knead all the dough ingredients (flour, salt and oil) together in a deep bowl, gradually adding water until you reach the right dough texture.
-Leave the dough aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
-Knead the dough again until it becomes smooth and spreadable.
-Moisten your hand with oil, form balls of dough.
-Leave the balls aside to rest for 15 minutes.
