Ingredients:-
-2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil.
-1 Onion, chopped.
-2 Crushed Garlic Cloves.
-200 Grams of Okra.
-Pinch of Salt.
-A Pinch of Hot Pepper.
-A Pinch of Black Pepper.
-A Pinch of Paprika.
-1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste.
-½ Cup of Water.
-¼ Cup of Lemon Juice.
-Green Coriander, for garnish.
How to prepare:-
-Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
-Add the onions and sauté for 10 minutes, until golden.
-Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
-Add the okra and stir constantly.
-Mix tomato paste with half a cup of water, and stir well.
-Add salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and paprika to the sauce and stir to combine.
-Add the sauce mixture to the saucepan.
-Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
-It is placed on a plate and served hot.
