Ingredients:-
-½ Kilo of Lamb.
-1 Big Onion.
-1 Tomato.
-2 Green Peppers.
-1 to 2 Tablespoons of Tomato paste.
-Turmeric.
-Salt.
-Black Grain.
-Paprika.
-2 Crushed Garlic Cloves.
-A little Corn Oil.

How to prepare:-
-Chop the onion very small.
-Put the pot on the fire and put a little corn oil in it.
-When the oil heats up, add the onions.
-Wash the meat and add to the onions.
-Cut the green tomatoes and add to the pot.
-Add tomato paste, spices, green pepper and garlic.
-Leave it until it becomes a bit thick, then add hot water to cover the meat.
-Leave the meat to simmer for an hour to an hour and a half.
-When the meat is done, we filter the broth and put the meat away.
-Put the broth in the pot on the fire until it reaches a boil.
-The pasta is poured until tender, about ten minutes.
-When done, place the pasta in a serving bowl.
-Add meat and green pepper to it and serve hot.
