Kofta tray with Eggplant and Potatoes


Ingredients:-
-4 Pieces of Eggplant, cut into round slices and fried.
-4 Potatoes, cut into round slices and fried.
-1 Cup Tomato sauce.
-¼ Cup Hot Water.
-2 Tomatoes, cut into quarters.
-½ KG of minced Meat.
-1 Egg.
-2 Tablespoons of Rusk.
-½ Teaspoon Cinnamon.
-Salt and pepper as needed.
-½ Teaspoon Mixed Spices.

How to prepare:-
-Mix the meat, eggs, rusks, salt and spices in a bowl.
-Shape the dough into balls and spread them a little in the form of discs.
-Fry the meat discs in a large frying pan over the stove until they change color to brown.
-Distribute the meat and eggplant Alternately  in the oven tray.
Distribute potatoes and tomatoes in the middle of the tray.
-Mix tomato sauce with water in another bowl
-Spread the mixture over the tray.
-Insert the tray into the preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius, until the mixture boils.
-Take the tray out of the oven and serve it hot.
