Ingredients:-
-1 Kilo of Corn Flour.
-Water as needed.
-1 ½ Cups of Oil.
-1 Tablespoon of Salt.
-½ Kilo of Tomatoes, diced.
-2 Kilos of Onions, cut into thin slices.
-Hot Pepper, to taste.
-1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
-1 Tablespoon of Salt.
How to prepare:-
-Heat a non-stick frying pan, then add oil to fry.
-Fry the onion until it becomes soft and translucent.
-Add tomato cubes, salt, black pepper and hot pepper.
-Stir the mixture well, cover the pan and leave it on a quiet fire.
-Meanwhile, prepare the dough, knead all the dough ingredients (flour, salt and oil) together in a deep bowl, gradually adding water until you reach the right dough texture.
-Leave the dough aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
-Knead the dough again until it becomes smooth and spreadable.
-Moisten your hand with oil, form balls of dough.
-Leave the balls aside to rest for 15 minutes.
-Spread the dough balls on a flat surface greased with oil, shape each piece in the form of a rectangle.
-Spread a quantity of the stuffing mixture in the middle.
-Fold the dough over the filling, and seal it tightly.
-In a separate frying pan, heat the oil for frying.
-Fry the stuffed dough dumplings on both sides.
-After you finish frying all the quantity, remove it from the oil and drain it well.
-Put it on a serving plate, and serve it hot.
