Ingredients:-
-Chicken breasts.
-1 Tablespoon of finely chopped Onion.
-2 Pieces of minced Ginger
-A Pinch of Ginger.
-2 Tablespoons of sesame oil.
-A Pinch of Salt.
-4 Tablespoons of low-fat Soy Sauce.
-A Pinch of Paprika.
-1/2 Cup of lukewarm Water.
-A Pinch of Garlic Powder.
-4 Tablespoons of Honey.
-1 Tablespoon Starch.
-Sesame.
-A Quarter cup of Chicken Stock.
How to prepare:-
-Put sesame oil in a frying pan.
-Sprinkle salt, paprika and garlic powder over the chicken breasts.
-Put them in the oil, cover the pan and leave it on a quiet fire.
-Cut the ginger
-Put the sesame oil in another pan
-Put the onion, ginger and the soy, then dilute with water.
-Put honey and starch dissolved in water and stir well.
-Add the garlic, ginger powder and a pinch of salt and let it boil.
-Add chicken broth in a small amount to the chicken breasts.
-Put the chicken breasts in the sauce
-Serve them in the serving dish and decorate them with sesame and onions.
