Ingredients:-
-1 Kilo of Meat, cut into small pieces.
-1 1/2 Cups of Rice.
-1 Onion, cut into small slices.
-2 Tomatoes, cut into small slices.
-Potatoes.
-Carrot.
-Hot green pepper.
-Bell Pepper.
-Cauliflower.
-Tomato paste.
-Peanut Butter.
-Black Pepper.
-Salt.
-Ginger.
-Paprika.
-Turmeric.
-Bay Leaf.
-Chili Powder.
-Cooking Oil.

How to prepare:-
-In a frying pan, heat a little bit of oil.
-Put the onions and tomatoes in the bowl and stir well.
-Add the spices (black pepper, salt, ginger, paprika, turmeric, bay leaf and chili powder).
-Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir well for 5 minutes.
-Add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir well for 5 minutes.
-Add the meat to the mixture and leave it for 10 minutes.
-Add water to the pot to cover the mixture.
-Cover the pot and leave it on the stove until it boils.
-Meanwhile, we cut the vegetables into medium pieces and put them in the bowl.
-Stir well and cover the pot for a while.
-In another bowl, put the rice (well washed and soaked in water for a quarter of an hour).
-Add two cups of water and a little salt and vinegar to it and let it cook over low heat.
-Put the rice in a serving dish, add the mixture of meat and vegetables, and serve it hot.
