Ingredients:-
-1 KG of cut Meat.
-3 Cups of Rice, washed and drained.
-3 Large Onions (sliced).
-1 Tomato (peeled and seedless).
-¼ Teaspoon Salt.
-¼ Cup Tomato Sauce.
-6 Grains of Cardamom.
-6 Cloves.
-6 Grains of Black Pepper.
-1 Teaspoon of Turmeric.
2 Lomi.
-3 Teaspoons of Kabsa Spices.
-Oil
How to prepare:-
-Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan, then add the onion slices.
-Fry the onion, stirring, until it turns golden.
-Remove the onions from the pot and transfer them to a bowl aside.
-In the same pot, add the meat pieces and red them well.
-Add half of the onion and the rest of the other ingredients, except for the Kabsa spices, and mix well.
-Add 4 cups of boiling water and let the mixture cook until the meat is completely done.
-After the meat is cooked, wait for the water to boil and add the Kabsa spices, salt and rice
-Allow the pot to cook over high heat for 3 minutes, then reduce the heat and cover the pot until the rice is tender.
-Put it in a serving dish and serve hot.
