Pistachio Ice Cream

Pistachio Ice Cream


Ingredients:-
-3 Cups of Full Fat Milk.
-A Cup of Sugar.
-A Teaspoon of Vanilla.
-5 Pieces of Crushed Mastic.
-Two Tablespoons of Blossom Water
-A Cup and a half of Sweetened Whipping Cream.
-3 Tablespoons Starch.
-A Cup of Unsalted Pistachio.

How to prepare:-
-In a saucepan, put the milk, sugar, starch and mastic, stirring, until the mixture boils for 5 minutes and becomes slightly thick.
-Let it cool down at room temperature.
-Gradually add the cream, stirring constantly, until the quantity runs out.
-Add vanilla and blossom water.
-Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 15 hours.
-Take out the mixture and put it in the blender until its harshness is gone.
-Put the mixture back in the freezer for 4 hours.
-After removing it, put it in the blender again for ten minutes, in order to prevent the formation of ice crystals inside it.
-Place the mixture on a 1-inch tray lined with parchment paper.
-Put nylon on it and put it in the freezer for two hours.
-Take it out, sprinkle it with pistachios, roll the ice cream roll and cut it into circles.
