Ingredients:-
-1/2 Kilo of Meat, cut into cubes.
-1 1/2 Cups boiled Rice.
-1 Bag of Tortilla Bread, cubed and toasted.
-Vinegar sauce.
-1 Spoonful of mashed Garlic.
-1 Spoonful of Ghee.
-1/4 Cup White Vinegar.
-1 Cup of mashed Tomatoes.
-2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste.
-Salt and ground Black Pepper.
White sauce:-
-1 Big box of Yogurt.
-1/2 Cup of Milk.
-1/2 Cup of Cooking Cream.
-A Teaspoon of crushed Garlic.
-Lemon juice.
-Salt and ground Black Pepper to taste.
-Toasted Pine Nuts and Raisins to decorate.
How to prepare:-
-Put the meat in a saucepan and chop it (one onion, two cardamom seeds, and two mastic seeds) and boil it until it is tender.
-Take out the meat from the broth and leave it aside.
-Put a spoonful of butter in a saucepan on the stove until it gets hot.
-Put the pre-washed rice on the butter.
-Stir the rice in the butter, pour enough water and salt over it, and let it cook over a low heat.
-Put a frying pan on the fire, put an amount of oil in it until it heats up.
-Toast the bread in the pan until it takes a golden color, and leave it aside.
-Put another pan on the fire, put a spoonful of ghee in it, and let it heat up.
-Put a spoonful of crushed garlic on the obesity, stir the garlic until it changes color.
-Pour over the garlic (vinegar, sauce, tomato mixture, salt to taste, and a pinch of black pepper).
-Put the boiled meat cubes on the mixture, stir them together, adjust the salt, and leave them on a low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
-Prepare the white sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
-Prepare a tray, put the toasted bread in it, and pour the meat broth on it so that the bread is completely absorbed.
-Put a layer of boiled rice on it.
-Put a layer of bread on it.
-Put a simple layer of white sauce.
-Put the meat cubes, a little sauce and a little white sauce and yogurt sauce on the meat to give shape only.
-Garnish with pine nuts, raisins, green coriander and pieces of toasted bread and serve hot.
