Ingredients:-
-1 ⅓ Cup grated Coconut.
-⅓ Cup of Sugar.
-2 Tablespoons of Flour.
-2 Egg Whites.
-½ Teaspoon Vanilla
How to prepare:-
-Preheat the oven to 165°C.
-Mix sugar, coconut and flour.
-Add the egg whites and vanilla
-Stir well with a wooden spoon.
-Place ½ tablespoon of the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
-Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until it turns golden.
-Leave the Shaklama to calm down for two minutes.
-Remove it from the tray and leave it to cool in a side plate and serve it.
