Ingredients:-
-1 Kilo of Lamb.
-5 Cloves of minced Garlic.
-1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh Ginger.
-1 Teaspoon Salt.
-1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom.
-1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper.
-1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon.
How to prepare:-
-Put the meat in the pot on the fire without adding water.
-Add garlic and ginger and stir the ingredients.
-Cover on low heat for an hour, stirring the ingredients every five minutes.
-Add the spices (salt, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon).
-Turn and cover for half an hour.
-Put it in a serving plate and serve it hot with bread, honey and ghee.
