Ingredients:-
Kofta ingredients:-
-A kilo of minced Meat.
-3 Onions, finely chopped.
-Bunch of Mint (Parsley), finely chopped.
-1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste.
-Medium spoon Red Pepper.
-A little Black Pepper.
-Salt.
-Cumin.
-4 Eggs without yolks.
-A little crushed Bread.
-Flour to coat and Oil to fry.
Sauce ingredients:-
-3 Julienne Onions (wings).
-1 Tomato Puree.
-A Little Salt, Pepper and Turmeric.
-1/4 Teaspoon Pureed Tom.
-Cumin sprinkle.
-Drops of Vinegar.
How to prepare:-
-Mix all kofta ingredients.
-Form it in the form of a small balls.
-Press it a little from above.
-Cover it with flour.
-Fry it in oil.
-Put it in a casserole.
-Fry the onion wings in 4 tablespoons of oil until golden.
-Put tomatoes, spices, salt, garlic and vinegar drops.
-Add a pinch of cumin.
-Put a little bit of onion and sauce on each piece of kofta.
-Serve hot.
