Cauliflower Broasted


Ingredients:-
-A Kilo of Cauliflower.
-3 Eggs.
-200 G Flour.
-Salt, Pepper & Cumin to taste.
- A Cup and a half Vegetable Oil for frying.

How to prepare:-
-Chop the cauliflower with your hand, not a knife, so that you have medium sized pieces of cauliflower.
-Half-boil the cauliflower in a deep pot over the stove, seasoning it with salt, cumin and pepper.
-Dip the half-cooked cauliflower into the beaten egg, then into the flour.
-In a deep pot, heat the frying oil well.
-Fry the cauliflower in oil until it turns golden.
-Remove the cauliflower and drain it.
-Serve hot.
