Ingredients:-
-Five Cloves of mashed Garlic.
-A Spoonful of grated or soft dry Ginger.
-A Kilo of fresh Shrimp.
-A Teaspoon of Turmeric.
-Half Cup of Corn Oil.
-Five Grains of Cardamom.
-Half Spoonful of Cinnamon.
-Big Onion
-Two Horns of Hot Red Pepper.
-A Century of Hot Green Pepper.
-A Spoonful of Cumin.
-A Teaspoon of dry Coriander.
-A Spoonful of mixed Arabic Spices.
-Six Cups of long grain Basmati Rice.
-Half Cup of Vegetable Oil.
-Four Tablespoons of Municipal Obesity.
-A Spoonful of not grounded Black Pepper.
-Five Grains of Tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
-An appropriate amount of Tomato Sauce.
-A Bunch of Green coriander, washed and finely chopped.
-A Bunch of Green Dill, washed and chopped.
A Cup of caramelized Onions.

How to prepare:-
-Put a little vegetable oil on the fire until it heats up, then add an appropriate amount of chopped onions and stir well until it turns golden.
-Add green coriander, chopped dill and black pepper to the fried onion bowl and stir well.
-In an outer bowl, mix crushed garlic with grated ginger and stir well.
-Put an amount of this mixture on the onions on the fire and stir.
-Boil the shrimp in a large pot, adding lemon slices, turmeric and whole cardamom to the pot.
-Leave the shrimp until it is cooked, then filter it and pour it over the onions and the prepared mixture.
-Add green and red hot peppers to the shrimp and stir well to the ingredients of the dish.
-In another bowl, put a quantity of chopped onions on the municipal obesity, add garlic and ginger and stir.
-Add the caramelized onions to the pot and stir, adding an appropriate amount of black pepper and salt.
-Pour the washed rice after filtering it into a bowl of onions and spices, then add an appropriate amount of water and leave the rice until it is nearly done.
-Put the shrimp with its mixture on the rice while it is still on the stove and cover it until it reaches full maturity.
-Pour rice and shrimp into serving dishes and garnish with caramelized onions.
