Ingredients:-
-4 White Fish Steaks.
-4 Carrots.
-0.5 White Cabbage.
-6 Small Egg Plants.
-2 Shallots.
-1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil.
-400 G crushed Tomatoes.
-100 G broken Rice.
-1 Magic Cube.
-3 Cloves of Garlic.
-2 Tablespoon cracked Black Pepper.
-50 CL Chicken Broth.
-2 Tablespoon Tomato Puree.
-1 Chili.

How to prepare:-
-Peel and cut carrots, cabbage and eggplant into small pieces.
-Peel and chop the shallots.
-Pour the oil into a casserole dish.
-Add shallots, mashed tomatoes and vegetables.
-Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
-Add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
-Remove fish and vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
-Prepare the seasoning by mixing garlic, MAGGI cube and pepper together to get a homogeneous mixture.
-Add these spices to the broth along with the tomato puree and chicken broth.
-Mix with rice.
-Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
-Reheat vegetables and fish and serve immediately with chili.
