Porridge

Ingredients:-
-Toasted flour.
-Ghee.
-Butter.
-A cup of Sugar or as desired.
-Rose water.
-Cardamom.
-Saffron.

How to prepare:-
-In a hot pot, put a quarter cup of ghee, a piece of butter.
-In another bowl, put two cups of water and one cup of sugar, and leave it until the sugar dissolves and the water heats up.
-In a small bowl, mix rose water, saffron and cardamom and set aside.
-After the margarine and butter begin to melt, add the toasted flour.
-Stir well until the flour is mixed from the fatty materials and dissolves well inside it and they become one texture.
-Gradually add water to the flour and margarine mixture, and stir until the flour absorbs the water and has a thick texture.
-Go back and add another amount of water and stir well constantly.
-Whenever the flour absorbs the water and its consistency thickens, we add water again, stir well, and the most important thing is continuous stirring, and that the fire is quiet so as not to burn the flour.
-Add the last amount of water to the flour and keep stirring.
-Add the rose water mixture, saffron and cardamom and stir.
-The consistency of the porridge can be controlled as desired. If you want it lighter, you can add water.
-Scoop the porridge into a serving dish and put a spoonful of ghee or butter on its surface to give it a delicious aroma and taste. Nuts can be placed such as walnuts.
-The nuts can be mixed into the porridge and stirred in, or left on top of the porridge.
