Ingredients:-
-Purslane.
-6 Pieces of Red Onion.
-1 Kilo of Lentils.
-Half a kilo of Beef.
-4 Tomatoes.
-2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste.
-4 Cloves of Garlic.
-3 Pods of Hot Green Chili.
-1 Maggi Cube.
-1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
-1 Tablespoon of Coriander.
-A little of Sodium Carbonate.
-A little of Cooking Oil.
-Salt to taste.

How to prepare:-
-Finely chop the purslane.
-Wash it well and put it in a colander so that all the water comes out of it.
-Heat the cooking oil in a pot over a medium heat.
-Chop the red onion and put it in the bowl.
-Sauté the onions until they turn golden.
-Put the meat in the pot, flip it a little with the onions.
-Add a little water and a pinch of sodium carbonate.
-Leave the meat until it is well cooked.
-Put the soaked purslane and lentils without stirring to avoid sticking the lentils to the pot.
-Put the mixed tomatoes and hot sauce.
-Leave them on the fire until the lentils and purslane are cooked and the tomatoes are melting.
-Add garlic, coriander, black pepper, Maggi cube, tomato paste and salt.
-Stir and rub with a wooden or iron spoon until the lentils and purslane mash and become soft.
-Leave the mixture on fire for some time.
-Purslane served with white rice and salad.
