Ingredients:-
-1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas.
-1 Cup of Mashed Boiled Beans.
-¼ Cup of Tahini.
-1 Diced Green Pepper.
-½ Cup of Lemon Juice.
-¼ Cup of Olive Oil.
-¼ Cup of Water.
-¼ Tablespoon Sumac.
-½ Teaspoon of Salt.
-½ Tablespoon of Cumin.
-5 Crushed Garlic Cloves.

How to prepare:-
-In a deep bowl, mix the tahini with half the amount of lemon using a hand mixer.
-Add the boiled chickpeas, half the amount of garlic and water and mix again.
-Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
-Add the beans, salt and cumin and keep mixing.
-Pour the mixture into a plate.
-Mix pepper with lemon juice in an electric blender.
-Add half of the quantity to the chickpea mixture in the dish and stir well.
-Put the Misbaha in the serving plate.
-Pour the rest of the pepper mixture over it, and sprinkle sumac for garnish.
