Ingredients:-
Porridge:-
- 2 Cups sifted Flour.
- A cup of Sugar.
-1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon.
-1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger.
-1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.
-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamom.
-2 Tablespoons of Ghee.
Fried Eggs:-
-5 Eggs.
-1 Small Onion, chopped.
-1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon.
-1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.
-1/2 Teaspoon Salt.
-4 Cups of Water.
How to prepare:-
Toast the flour in a frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes, until it becomes light in color.
-Put the sugar on the fire until it is caramelized, then we reduce the fire in the middle.
-Add 2 cups of hot water, and let it boil until the sugar begins to dissolve completely.
-Add spices and seasonings (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and black pepper).
-Take the toasted flour and add 2 cups of plain water to it and stir.
-Add the flour to the caramelized sugar and mix well.
-Put the mixture on the fire and stir it well for five minutes.
-Start cooking eggs, Fry onions in oil until they acquire a light color.
-Add the spices and seasonings (salt, cardamom and black pepper), half a teaspoon of butter, and stir for a minute.
-Add eggs and stir well.
-Pour the porridge into a serving dish, brush it with ghee, and add the fried eggs.
