Pigeon stuffed with Rice

Ingredients:-
-A couple of Pigeons
-Salt.
-Bay Leaf.
-Mixed Spices.
-Black Pepper.
-Cardamom.
-Cinnamon.
-Two Tablespoons of Ghee.
-A Medium-sized grated Onion.
-Two cups of Egyptian Rice.
-Finely chopped Parsley for garnish.
-Vegetable Oil for frying.

How to prepare:-
-Put the bathroom in a suitable deep dish, immerse it in water, clean it well, rub it with black pepper, salt and onions, and wash it again with water.
-Bring a suitable sized bowl and put the ghee in it and raise it on the fire until it gets a little hot.
-Add the rice over the ghee and stir well from time to time until it changes color to yellow.
-Add salt, bay leaf, mixed spices, black pepper, ground cardamom, cinnamon and onions over the rice.
-Mix all the ingredients together well and add two cups of water over the rice and leave it on a low heat until the water is absorbed. Pay attention that the rice is not completely cooked.
-Remove the rice bowl from the heat and leave it aside until it cools completely.
-Bring the pigeons and put them in a suitable dish, put the rice inside and close it well using wooden sticks.
-Put the stuffed pigeons in a deep pot and cover it with boiling water, add cinnamon, salt and cardamom on top of it and leave it on the fire until it is fully cooked.
-Take the bathroom out of the water and put it on a strainer to get rid of the water in it.
-Put the vegetable oil in a suitable frying pan and raise it on the fire until the oil is completely heated, then put the stuffed pigeons inside and fry it from all sides until it becomes golden in color.
-Put the pigeons with rice on a plate with paper towels to get rid of excess oil, transfer it to a suitable serving dish, decorate it with parsley, and serve it directly.
