Ingredients:-
-Two bunches of Spinach, washed and chopped.
-1 Tomato cut into small cubes.
-1 Onion, sliced lengthwise.
-1 Clove of mashed Garlic.
-1 Hot Pepper Pod.
-Salt, Black Pepper and Cumin to taste.
-Vegetable Oil.
How to prepare:-
-In a deep frying pan, put onions, garlic, and a pod of pepper, and sauté them until the onions are slightly wilted
-Add half the amount of tomato cubes and stir until the tomatoes wilt.
-Add the chopped spinach in batches and stir until the quantity is over.
-Put salt, pepper and cumin and stir.
-Put the rest of the tomato and leave it on the fire for 5 minutes.
-Raise it and serve with white rice or bread.
