Ingredients:-
-2 Cups of cubed Meat.
-1 Cup of minced Meat.
-½ Cup of soaked Chickpeas.
-1 Tablespoon of Ghee.
-2 Tablespoons of Oil.
-5 Garlic Cloves.
-1 Egg.
-1 Teaspoon Cumin.
-4 Cups warm Water.
-Salt and Pepper as needed.
How to prepare:-
-In a pot on the stove, heat the oil.
-Fry the meat with oil.
-Mash the garlic and mix it in a side dish with salt, pepper and cumin.
-Mix them well until complete homogeneity, then divide them into two separate halves.
-Put half of the mixture on the meat in the bowl.
-Add the chickpeas and water and cover the pot until fully cooked.
-Take the second half of the mixture and mix it with the minced meat and the egg.
-Form balls from the minced meat and egg mixture.
-After the meat is cooked, add the minced meat balls to the bowl.
-Leave it on fire a little.
-Raise the pot from the fire.
-Serve hot.
