Ingredients:-
-Vermicelli Bag.
-Cardamom.
-Saffron.
-Rose Water.
-3 Teaspoons of Sugar.
-6 Eggs.
-Chopped small Onion.
-Oil.
-A Teaspoon of Black Pepper.
-Salt.
-Cardamom.
How to prepare:-
-Roast the vermicelli over medium heat until it changes color.
-Sauté onions in oil until brown.
-Put salt, cardamom and black pepper, and stir for a minute.
-Add beaten eggs to it and stir.
-Boil the vermicelli in hot water for two minutes.
-Dry it and return it to the pot.
-Put sugar with a teaspoon of cardamom in a little oil and stir.
-Soak the saffron in half a cup of rose water.
-Pour it over the vermicelli and cover it.
-Leave it on low heat for ten minutes.
-Put the eggs on top of the vermicelli and serve it hot.
