Ingredients:-
-A kilo of finely minced Lamb with fat.
-A kilo of finely minced Beef.
-Two cups of chopped Parsley.
-1 Cup finely chopped Onion.
-8 Tablespoons Flour (as needed).
-1 Cup chopped fresh Green Mint.
-2 Tablespoons ground Coriander.
-2 Tablespoons of soft Cumin.
-2 Tablespoons of sweet Spices.
-2 Teaspoons Lemon juice.
-Black Pepper to taste.
-Salt to taste.
-Sumac.
How to prepare:-
-Mix the lamb and beef in a deep bowl.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
-Shape the kebabs with skewers and grill them on charcoal for 5 minutes on each side.
-Put the skewers in the bread and pull the kebab inside so that you do not burn your fingers.
-Garnish the kebab with sumac and mint leaves.
-Serve hot with salad and pickles.
