Ingredients:-
-500 Grams of Flour.
-½ Cup of Yeast.
-½ Cup of Oil.
-1 Teaspoon of Sugar.
-1 Egg.
-1 Cup Warm Water.
-1 ½ Teaspoon Salt.
-1 ½ Cup Vegetable Oil for frying.

How to prepare:-
-In a small bowl, mix the yeast, water and 1 tablespoon of flour.
-Leave the mixture aside for an hour until it ferments.
-In a deep bowl, knead the rest of the flour, salt, sugar, eggs and oil and mix well.
-After an hour, add the yeast mixture and knead the mixture until you get a suitable cohesive dough.
-Cover the bowl and leave it in a warm place for half an hour until it doubles in size.
-Make balls the size of an orange from the dough.
-In a deep fryer, heat the frying oil, then fry the balls.
-Take the balls out of the oil and leave them aside to calm down.
-Slit the balls horizontally with a knife, stuff them with your desired filling, then serve.
