Chicken Shawarma


Ingredients:-
-1 ½ Kilo Chicken, thinly sliced.
-2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice.
-1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Peel.
-1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel.
-1 Teaspoon Vinegar.
-1 Teaspoon of Salt.
-2 Teaspoons Black Pepper.
-1 Teaspoon Chicken Seasoning.
-½ Teaspoon Turmeric.
-½ Teaspoon Ground Cloves.
-½ Teaspoon Ground Cardamom.
-½ Teaspoon of Paprika.
-½ Teaspoon of Chili.
-½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger.
-2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil.
-3 Onions, finely sliced.
-3 Tomatoes.

How to prepare:-
-Put the chicken strips in a bowl with the salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, orange and lemon zest.
-Stir them well, cover the bowl, and put them in the fridge for 4 hours.
-Extract the tomato pulp and set it aside.
-Put the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
-Add the chicken mixture and stir until the color of the chicken changes.
-Add the onions and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
-Add the tomato pulp, keep stirring, then leave the mixture on the fire until the chicken is cooked.
-You can add red pepper, pickled cucumber, or French fries to the shawarma.
-It can also be served in sandwiches or in plates alongside green salad and tahini salad.
