Ingredients:-
-Three and a half cups of Brown Flour.
-Five large Carrots.
-Seven cups of Water.
-Four cups and a half of Sugar.
-A teaspoon of Soft Cardamom.
-Four tablespoons of Rose Water.
-A pinch of Saffron.
-Ghee or Butter.
How to prepare:-
-Boil carrots in two cups of water until tender.
-Remove it from the boiling water.
-Put it in the blender and mix it well.
-Heat the flour in a frying pan over the stove until it becomes dark in color.
-Sift the flour from the lumps.
-Put four cups of water on the flour.
-Mix it well until it homogenizes and we get a smooth and liquid mixture.
-Put the sugar in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar caramelizes
-Pour the remaining water over the sugar.
-Let it boil until all the caramelized sugar has dissolved.
-Add cardamom, saffron and rose water.
-Put carrot mixture and a spoonful of ghee.
-Put the flour in batches, stirring and flipping to blend the ingredients.
-Leave on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about a quarter of an hour, or until tender.
-The carrot porridge is ready, we put it in the serving dish and sprinkle the face with ghee.
