Ingredients:-
-1 Chicken.
-2 Cups of Soaked Rice.
-1 Large Lemon, quartered.
-1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom.
-1 Tablespoon of Salt.
-5 Cardamom Pods.
-6 Pieces of Mastic.
-3 Laura Paper.
-2 Cinnamon Sticks.
-2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste.
-½ Teaspoon of Spices.
-¼ Teaspoon Salt.
-3 Tablespoons of Milk Powder dissolved in 3 cups of Water.
-2 Tablespoons of Obesity.
-1 Tablespoon Vinegar.
-3 Cups of Chicken Broth.
How to prepare:-
-Remove the exhale from the chicken
-Add the cardamom, onion, mastic, salt, bay leaf and cinnamon.
-Leave it on fire for 60 minutes.
-Put the chicken on a tray after removing it from the pot, keeping the boiling water.
-Spread tomato paste on it.
-Season it with the mix of spices, salt, black pepper and ground cardamom.
-Put it in the oven for a third of an hour until it turns golden.
-Add the chicken stock to a medium saucepan over high heat until it boils.
-Add the soaked rice after washing it and filtering it from the soaking water and let it boil with the chicken stock a little.
-Reduce the heat, and leave it until it dries and the rice absorbs all the broth.
-Add milk to the rice.
-Leave it to simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the rice has softened and becomes soft.
-Heat the ghee, then put it on the face of the skin.
-Stir it so that the ghee is distributed with the rice and harmonized with it.
-Put the rice in the serving dish, put the chicken on top and serve it hot.
