Ingredients:-
-A Cup of boiled Bulgur.
-A Cup of boiling Bulgur Water.
-Two boiled and chopped Beetroot.
-Two Tablespoons of Flour.
-A Teaspoon of Spices.
-A Teaspoon of Cumin.
-A Teaspoon of Sumac.
-A Teaspoon of Kibbeh Spices.
-Teaspoon Salt.

Filling:-
-Half a kilo of minced Meat.
-A quarter cup of boiled Bulgur.
-Chopped Onion.
-Two Tablespoons of chopped Parsley.
-4 Tablespoons of crushed Nuts.
-A Teaspoon of Meat Spices.
-A Teaspoon of Nnutmeg.
-Salt.
-Black Pepper.
-Butter.
-Frying Oil.

How to prepare:-
-Mix the beetroot with the bulgur and the bulgur boiling water in the blender well.
-Knead the ingredients together, then add sumac, salt, cumin, spices, and kibbeh spices, and mix them well together.
-Bring a bowl and put it on the fire and fry the onions, minced meat and bulgur in butter.
-Then add the spices and nuts, stir the ingredients well, then put the parsley.
-Form the dough, stuff it with the minced meat, and leave it for a while.
-Fry the kibbeh in plenty of oil until browned and served.
