Ingredients:-
- Shrimp: half a kilo.
- Tomato: 1 piece.
- Oil: 2 tablespoons.
- Onions: 1 piece.
- Garlic: 3 cloves.
- Lemon: slices.
- Bell pepper: 1 piece.
- Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons.
- Salt: one teaspoon.
- Cumin: half a teaspoon.
- Vinegar: one tablespoon.
- Lemon juice: 1 piece.
- Water: half a cup.
How to prepare:-
- Put the oil in a frying pan over the heat, then put the onion and stir constantly until it withers.
- Put the garlic and my heart until it turns yellow, then put the shrimp with continuous stirring until it takes the taste of the mixture and changes its color, then put the lemon slices, then put the bell pepper and my heart constantly, then put the tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir it well.
- Put salt, cumin, vinegar, lemon juice, and half a cup of water, and leave the mixture for 10 minutes, then transfer the ingredients to the casserole and place it under the oven grill until its face turns red and dries up from liquids. Serve it with fish rice, green salad, and tahini salad.
