Makanek with Pomegranate Molasses


Ingredients:-
-900 g of Sausage.
-1 Small Onion.
-1 Small Tomato.
-2 Tablespoons of Pomegranate Molasses.

How to prepare:-
-Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and place it in the middle.
-Cut the sausages into individual pieces and place them in the oven bag, add the chicken mixture with coriander, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and pomegranate molasses, and stir gently to coat the sausages.
-Tie the bag well and place it flat on an oven tray.
-Place the tray in a preheated oven and cook the sausages for 40 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
-Carefully remove the sausages from the bag and place them on a serving plate. Pour the sauce over them, then garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
-Serve hot with house bread.
