Ingredients:-
-Grouper Fish.
-Green Onion.
-Rice.
-Parsley.
-Ipomoea Batatas.
-Cabbage.
-Beating.
-Onion.
-Aubergine.
-Hot Pepper.
-Dry Pepper.
-Garlic.
-Plain carrots.
-Tamarind.
-Salt.
-Tomato paste.
-Spices.
How to prepare:-
-Clean the fish and cut it into medium sized round slices.
-Chop the green onion and grind it with the spices, garlic, hot pepper and parsley.
-Make holes in the fish and stuff them with the green onion mixture.
-Fry the fish in oil until golden.
-Finely chop the onions and garlic, then put them in the oil until browned.
-Cut the vegetables into large pieces, add to the onions and garlic, and stir.
-Cover the pot with a small hole for steam to escape until the vegetables are tender, then add the fish.
-Remove the vegetables from the pot, add the broth to it, and put the fish on the side.
-Settle the rice on a semi-equal steam.
-Add the tomato paste and spices to the broth, over the rice, and wait until it is cooked.
-Add dates to vegetables.
-After the rice is cooked, we pour it into a serving dish and top it with vegetables, fish and broth.
