Ingredients:-
-400 G Grape Leaves.
-3 Cups of Rice.
-3 Cups of Water.
-3 Cups of Minced Meat.
-2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste.
-1 Peeled Tomato, Small Cubes.
-2 Cups fresh Parsley, chopped.
-1 Onion, minced.
-2 Tablespoons of Pomegranate Molasses.
-1 Tablespoon of Oil.

Spice mix ingredients:-
-1 Teaspoon of Salt.
-½ Teaspoon Black Pepper.
-½ Teaspoon of Meat Seasoning.
-A Dash of Chili.
-A Pinch of Ground Cumin.
-A Pinch of Crushed Cardamom.
-A Pinch of Ground Cloves.
-A Pinch of Ground Cinnamon.
-A Pinch of Nutmeg.
-2 Teaspoons of Sugar.

How to prepare:-
-Boil grape leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove and drain.
-Mix rice with onions, minced meat, parsley, tomatoes, tomato paste, spice mix and pomegranate molasses.
-Stuff grape leaves with rice filling on the rough side.
-Put a tablespoon of the filling in the paper, then fold the sides and roll it on itself.
-Put the oil in a large saucepan.
-Place the stuffed grape leaves in the pot on top of each other, pour water over them to cover all the contents.
-Put more water if you need to.
-Bring it to a boil over medium heat, then cover the pot, reduce the heat and let it cook for 45 minutes.
