Ingredients:-
-500 G of Meat.
-A Kilo of Potatoes cut into cubes.
-2 Teaspoons of Butter.
-50 G of Ghee.
-2 ½ Cups Oil (for frying).
-10 Eggs.
-A Bunch of fresh Parsley, finely chopped.
-200 G Grated Mozzarella Cheese.
-2 Tablespoons of fresh Coriander.
-Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
How to prepare:-
-Lift a non-stick frying pan over the stove.
-Heat the frying oil well.
-Fry the potatoes, then filter them from the oil.
-Raise another pan on the fire.
- Add the ghee and melt it.
-Fry the meat with pepper, salt and coriander, then remove it from the heat.
-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-In a deep bowl, mix the meat and potatoes with the rest of the ingredients (except for the butter) and stir until completely homogeneous.
-Bring a tray and grease it with butter.
-Boy the homogeneous mixture in the tray.
-Enter the tray in the hot oven for a quarter of an hour, or until fully cooked.
-Take the tray out of the oven when the surface turns golden.
-Her feet are hot.
