Ingredients:-
-1 Kilo of Meat.
-Lemon.
-1 Tablespoon of Salt.
-1/2 Tablespoon Coriander.
-1/4 Tablespoon of Fennel.
-1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper.
-Two Bay Leaves.
-3 Grains of Cardamom.
-A small cup of Oil.
-Green Chili.
-7 Garlic Cloves.
How to prepare:-
-Wash the meat well.
-Squeeze lemon on it.
-Add the spices, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 3 cardamom.
-Reserve half the amount of black pepper, two crushed garlic cloves, and half an onion for later use.
-Put the seasoned meat on the sheet and turn it over a medium heat.
-After the water has dried, add the remaining garlic, pepper and oil and stir.
-Add the onion slices to the sheet containing the meat and stir them.
-Cover the sheet until the meat is completely grilled.
