Ingredients:-
-4 Cups of Shrimp.
-1 Onion sliced.
-2 Garlic Cloves, sliced.
-3 Tomatoes, diced.
-1 Green Hot Pepper, sliced.
-1 Cup Vegetable Oil.
-1 Chicken Stock Cube.
-1 Teaspoon of Safflower.
-1 Teaspoon of Spices.
-1 Tablespoon of Curry.
-1 Teaspoon dried Coriander.
-1 Teaspoon Cumin.
-5 Tablespoons Green Coriander for garnish.
How to prepare:-
-Heat a little oil in the pan.
-Fry the shrimp until they turn pink.
-Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
-Fry the onion and garlic until they turn golden.
-Add the safflower, spices, curry, cumin, dry coriander, stock cube and stir.
-Add the tomatoes, pepper and water and leave the mixture on a low heat until it becomes thick.
-Add shrimp to the sauce and and stir.
-Pour the shrimp sauce, garnish with green coriander, and serve hot.
