Ingredients:-
-3 Kilos of Meat.
-One and a half kilos of Okra.
-Garlic head.
-Three kilos of Tomatoes.
-A Spoonful of Tomato Molasses.
-Half a bunch of Coriander.
-1 Tablespoon of Salt.
-A Teaspoon of Mixed Spices.
-A Teaspoon of Dry Coriander.
-Cardamom.
-Cinnamon Stick.
-Teaspoon Black Pepper.
-Bread.
How to prepare:-
-Boil the meat with flavors.
-In a saucepan, add the ghee and garlic slices and sauté until the garlic smells.
-Add the coriander and stir.
-Add the okra and stir until it wilts and becomes even.
-Chop the tomatoes and put them in the blender they are ready, then filter.
-Add to the okra with a spoonful of tomato molasses and let it boil.
-Add the meat pieces with the meat broth and leave until it curses you.
-In the serving bowl, add sliced or whole bread and drink with broth.
-Add okra and meat pieces, decorate with coriander and serve hot.
