Meat Broth


Ingredients:-
-Half a kilo of meat or more, as desired.
-Onion.
-Bay Leaf.
-A spoonful of Salt.
-Garlic.
-Cardamom.
-Two Tablespoons of Barley Flour, and it can be replaced with Wheat or Flour.

How to prepare:-
-Put all ingredients (except flour) together in a saucepan.
-Put the pot on the fire and stir the contents for five minutes or more until they are completely dry and the onions are browned.
-Pour five cups of water into the pot.
-Make the pot on high heat until it boils.
-Reduce the heat until the meat is completely cooked (about an hour).
-Take the four cups of water and mix the flour or barley in it.
-Pour it over the broth.
-Put a pinch of salt in it.
-Leave it to boil and mix the flour with broth and serve hot.
