Ingredients:-
-Three Cups of Sugar.
-Four Cups of Water.
-Ten Tablespoons of Starch.
-One Tablespoon of Ground Cardamom.
-250 Grams of Butter.
-A Tablespoon of Saffron.
-A Cup of Rose Water.
-Mixed Nuts (as desired).
How to prepare:-
-Saffron is placed with rose water and left aside until it is soaked.
-Put the sugar in a saucepan over the stove and stir until it turns golden.
-Add the butter and stir until the sugar caramelizes.
-Dissolve the starch with water and add to the sugar mixture and stir.
-Add the mixture of rose water and saffron, and stir the mixture over low heat until its consistency thickens.
-Omani sweet are poured into cups or cups, garnished with nuts, and served.
