Ingredients:-
-1 Chicken.
-5 Onions.
-1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
-1 Teaspoon of Salt.
-1 Cup of Olive Oil.
-200 G Flour.
-1 Cup Warm Water.
-1 Bunch of Parsley, for garnish.
How to prepare:-
-Bring a bowl, then put the flour and water and knead them well.
-Add a little olive oil until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
-Wash the chicken well, then remove it from the bones completely.
-Cut the onions into rings.
-Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then put the boneless chicken and onion rings on top, and season with salt and pepper.
-Roll the dough with a roll on it.
-Bring a tray greased with olive oil and put the chicken dough, then brush it with olive oil on its face.
-Put it in the oven for at least 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven and cut it into pieces, then put it on a serving plate sprinkled with parsley.
