Ingredients:-
- 3 Kilos of meat.
- 2 Kilos of frozen yogurt.
- A Kilo of rice.
- Bay leaf.
- 4 Grains of cardamom.
- A teaspoon of turmeric.
- Half a teaspoon of salt.
- Chopped parsley.
- Almonds.
How to prepare:-
- Put the meat in a pressure cooker, put the spices, and leave it until it is fully cooked.
- The rice is soaked in a quantity of water to which turmeric has been added.
- Put the rice in a pot, add half a cup of oil to it, and pour 3 cups of water over it.
- Season with salt and leave on the stove until boiling, reduce the heat and leave covered until fully cooked.
- In a saucepan, put the meat and add the frozen milk to it, and leave it on the fire until the texture becomes a little sticky.
- Scoop the rice in the serving dish and stack the meat on it, and decorate with parsley and almonds.
