Ingredients:-
-Chickpeas soaked in water for 10 hours.
-Onion.
-Garlic.
-Green Pepper.
-Egg.
-Salt.
-Pepper.
-Carrots.
-Parsley.
-Chili (optional).
-Baking Powder.
-Crushed Fennel.
-Sesame.
-Heavy oil for frying.
How to prepare:-
-Soak the chickpeas in water for 10 hours.
-Wash and filter from the water.
-Chop the onion, pepper and garlic.
-Chop the vegetables, then chop the chickpeas finely.
-All of the above are mixed.
-Add salt, coriander, pepper, fennel, chili and eggs.
-Mix well using the mincer or grinder to blend well and soften.
-Add the baking powder to the mixture and mix.
-Using the Falafel machine, put the sesame, then the dough with a spoon, then the sesame, and dig in from the middle.
-Fry the Falafel over medium heat until golden and crispy.
-Serve the falafel hot.
