Ingredients:-
-1 Cup White Flour.
-½ Teaspoon of Sugar.
-2 Tablespoons of Yeast.
-Two cups of warm Water.
-Pinch of Salt.
-Sesame Oil or (Ghee or Olive oil as desired).
How to prepare:-
-Mix half a tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of yeast, half a cup of warm water and cover for a few minutes
-To prepare the dough, put in a bowl a pinch of salt, half a cup of warm water, 1 cup of white flour and mix them together.
-Add 1 cup of warm water and mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer.
-Add two tablespoons of yogurt and stir to make sure that it is free from any lumps of dough.
-Put the yeast mixture and mix the ingredients well.
-Cover it and let it ferment for two hours.
-After it ferments, we start forming the dough.
-Prepare a frying pan (of good quality, not sticky, because this type of dough is very light) and put it on the fire.
-After the pan heats up, mix the dough well.
-Put a spoonful of dough and leave it on low heat.
-Try to spread it gently with a spoon or by moving the pan only, then cover it with tender minutes.
-Lift the lid and put some ghee or oil on it, according to your desire, from the top only.
-After it is browned from the bottom, remove it from the fire (do not turn it over, or it will cook only on one side only).
-Put it on the plate and put a sprinkle of sugar on the face of the bread and repeat the process.
