Ingredients:-
-400 G of Mozzarella Cheese.
-150 G Semolina.
-¾ Cup of Water.
-¼ Cup of Rose Water.
-250G of Ricotta Cheese.
-250 G of Mascarpone Cheese.
-1 Cup of Sugar.
-1 Cup of Water.
-2 Teaspoons Rose Water.
-1 Lemon juice.
-A Handful of chopped Pistachios for garnish.

How to prepare:-
-Put the sugar, water and rose water in a pot on the stove.
-Stir and let it boil for 5 minutes, remove it from the heat and add the lemon juice.
-Distribute the cold drink in 2 trays.
-Mix the ricotta cheese and the mascarpone cheese well.
-Cut the mozzarella cheese.
-Put the semolina in a non-stick pan on the stove and roast it for 4 minutes, until its aroma appears without changing its color.
-Add the mozzarella cheese and my heart, then add the water and rose water, my heart well until the dough freezes, remove it from the fire.
-Divide the dough in half, spread each half in the tray over the cold drink.
-Divide the amount of filling in half, put the filling in each tray on top of the dough.
-Roll the dough on itself like a Swiss roll.
-Cut it into small pieces, spread the pistachios and pour more cold syrup.
